At Genesis, Nicole Forrest leads the acquisitions and development efforts in Boston and Washington, DC.  Prior to joining Genesis Companies, Nicole was a Development Executive with Clark Realty Capital in Arlington, VA where she was responsible for the development of over 500 units of multifamily housing.  Her experience includes working with ground leases, brownfield redevelopment, public/private partnerships, and large-scale mixed-use projects.  Nicole is a dedicated student of architectural theory and Latin American urbanization and enjoys tennis, swimming, and yoga. Nicole earned a bachelor's degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.  She is a volunteer consultant with the Harvard Business School Community Action Partners and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), New England Women in Real Estate (NEWIRE), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
