Paul Carter
Project Manager

Paul received an Architectural Degree from Pratt Institute where he majored in Architecture and minored in Construction Management. Paul assists in creating project concepts, from there he is responsible for taking projects from concept to construction. He provides guidance to various teams from construction to architectural to ensure the realization of the development vision. In addition, Paul is in charge of leading the firm's effort in sustainable and smart design. Prior to starting with Genesis, Paul worked on various projects ranging in size from a three-unit residential development site to commercial projects over one million square feet. He has served in capacities ranging from consultant to owner's representative. He is both a CCIM and AIA member.
